Black Micarta Handle.  Aluminum hardware.  I particularly like the finger grooves and the orientation of the edge with the handle.  Having the handle sit a little higher than the blade is advantageous when in the kitchen or needing to dice anything on a cutting board.   Comes in a Vertical Kydex sheath.

Full Tang.
