Dyed Curly Oak Maple handle with a very nice contoured shape.  Brass Hardware.  This is probably one of my favorite models in that is really is so versatile.  It can be a bit of a bushcrafter if needed but really shines in the kitchen and in the field.  A great skinning blade with plenty of drop so you don't pierce any of the intestines and a great handle shape that lends itself well to a multitude of grips and is shaped in such a way as to not create hot spots.
