2 5/8" D2 steel blade ground from .125" stock.  

Handle length is 4" and is Green Canvas Micarta with brass hardware.   

The Lil Deer Skinner is more than just a little knife with a great dropped point.  There is plenty of handle so you can fill your hand and work all day.  Very comfortable and quite versatile.  Some of my hunting friends use this size knife on everything.  In the right hands, you really don't need a huge blade and with the way Bob heat treats his D2, you really don't need much more blade than this and it will stay sharp through several deer, and dinner.  Comes in a Horizontal sheath that I've grown to really like as it is in a very handy place to grab when you need it and easy to put away when you are done.
